Team Testimonials

I've always enjoyed roles that require both structure and flexibility, where organisation meets real-time problem solving. Elgin offers exactly that kind of dynamic environment. I feel very lucky to work with such a supportive and collaborative team. Having colleagues who are skilled and encouraging is a huge part of what makes my role so fulfilling.

Ciara Ward

Project Coordinator

After starting my career as a Bridge Engineer in New Zealand and Canada, I craved a role with more purpose aligned with my passions. Moving to London, Elgin gave me the opportunity to make that a reality, despite coming from a different industry and country. Nearly three years in, it still feels like the honeymoon phase, bringing my full self to work and helping protect the environment makes Elgin meaningful.

Daniel Robertson

Development Manager

From my journey as a graduate development team member to becoming a project manager, I've benefited immensely from mentorship and the exchange of ideas. Our consistent successes stem from meticulous planning, unwavering teamwork, and a culture that values personal and professional development. I'm proud to be part of a dynamic team that celebrates achievements and embraces opportunities for learning and growth.

Damola Olawoye

Project Manager, Project Development Team, UK & Ireland.

Working in an environment with open communication, respect, teamwork, and productivity has been a highlight during my internship. I felt supported throughout my time here and felt that someone was always there, willing to help and make sure I was progressing. Another highlight was the social aspect. The organised events were great for getting to know the wider team, and there is such an inviting culture in Elgin.

Daniel Oredein

Summer Intern, Ireland

A unique quality that contributes to the culture in Elgin is the open-plan office; it gives a sense of teamwork where no hierarchy separates us or management behind closed doors. Often, you overhear chat about something you’ve come across before and can be of help as a result. It encourages collaboration across teams, and you get the opportunity to know everyone in the business, which I think hugely contributes to the positive company culture.
